petia is sort of a disgrace in wizarding high society. even before her birth, there was a massive scandal between her mum and her dad. her mum was a muggle-born who'd pretty much tricked a parkinson into thinking she was a pure-blood. when the secret let out, her father refused to marry her mum but decided to take responsibility of the child (which was pretty decent of him). because of how she came to be, petia was generally mistreated when she was living with her father and his side of the family. she went back and forth between england and russia a lot, but inevitably attended hogwarts (because her dad insisted). as a result, she got sorted into slytherin house and spent the majority of her 7 years there getting into fights with racist wizards and making a home out of detention. :) after her graduation, she became a curse-breaker for gringott's and she got married to a rich pure-blood by the name of sheridan wallace at 18. he died under ambiguous circumstances three years later when she was 21. at 23, she met her second husband who was a fellow russian wizard by the name of renat fedorov. he unfortunately passed away when she was 25.
from there, her bad reputation took an unsurprising dip into black widow territory. she moved back to russia for a year after renat's death and she barely returned last year in may, right in time for the displaced to start popping up left and right! she kept her arrival back into london super quiet for the most part though. bought a country estate near muggle london and she has been spending the past past year or so just traveling either for curse-breaker assignments or business trips. her mother's side of the family owns a russian defense corporation and she's the current heiress. anyway, she'll just be coming back from another traipse across the continents and she's ready to reacquaint herself with society.
petia is like the amplified version of all slytherin traits, but she also has a very daring and defiant nature to her. she is calm, cool and collected always, and she's definitely less likely to clock anyone now for insulting her or her mum. (she'll just get them back later by other means.) she's fierce and vindictive, and she can be such an ice queen. at the moment, she is neutral. she's pro-ministry, but she also isn't down with all the purists in the system (it's why she doesn't work there). granted, that doesn't mean she's on the side of the displaced. she trusts them as far as she can throw them. if she has to pick a side, she picks the side that'll benefit the people of her world the most.
so, if she catches any of you unregistered time deviants, she's dragging your arse to the ministry. sorry, but you're breaking the law. she doesn't care what your reason is. still law-breaking, which makes you a criminal and she is intolerant of it. (if she had to get the trace, y'all can suck it up.)
also also she dated lucius malfoy for 2 years back in hogwarts, she's bff with elektra burke, and she is a total n e r d. she loves to taint pure-bloods with muggle knowledge as a pastime. y'know, introduce them to the glory that are muggle music, comic books, television shows, movies, etc.
i want everything for her????? exes, lovers, friends, frenemies, enemies, family, unregistered time deviants for her to drag to the ministry, time deviants for her to befriend, people (mostly pure-bloods) for her to rekt, etc. the list can literally go on.
