For all his pureblood pedigree, Scorpius couldn't care less about that. Not that he couldn't be a snob, he was still a rich brat, but it was usually on accident and not presented in the mocking way his family tended to act. Either way, her accent is no bother, and he's actually very grateful for her fussing, even if it's for the wrong reasons.

Maybe he should just be as upfront as he can. Sure, he'd learned that whole lesson about not interfering with the past but clearly someone else already did long before 1980, so does it really matter when this isn't the source of the actual issue? Of course, he can't very well tell her she's supposed to sacrifice herself for her infant son and thus end a war and then, inadvertently through said sacrifice, end a war again... but he can tell her some things. "Have you heard about the people coming in from the future and such?" Good a place to start as any.
