Rooms one, two, three, four... as she grew closer to six, the hesitation felt as though it was melting out of her, and Dominique practically rushed past five to reach six. Eyes falling on Bill, she was relieved to see that-while he certainly didn't look the way he would have some eighteen years or so later-she still recognized him from pictures of when he was younger. Eyes lit and a bright smile on her face, the girl practically threw herself at him. "Papa! It really is you!"

But when she opened the door and threw herself at him, he didn't hesitate to catch her in an embrace. Any doubt he'd had was gone. She couldn't possibly be anyone but his daughter. She looked just like her mother, just like her sister and brother.
"It's me!" he laughed, pulling back to get a good look at her. "Blimey, not a one of you got the Weasley hair, did you?" That was probably for the best, really. Being a Weasley carried enough baggage without being identified as one on sight.
"Come, sit. Sit. Tell me everything about you. I've a lot of catching up to do." He gestures to the made bed, and pulls out a chair for himself.

Taking a seat on the bed, Dominique smoothed out her robes. "Where to start... well, I'm a Gryffindor, about to start my sixth year." It should have come as no surprise that she was in that particular House, of course, considering the family history. While Fleur's looks might have been dominant, Dominique's personality matched her father's side of the family much more strongly. "I play Chaser, and do okay in my studies."

He was glad to hear she was in Gryffindor, of course, and he grinned when she mentioned playing Chaser. "I never played at school, but when we played little games at the Burrow I'd play Chaser." Charlie being Seeker, of course, and the twins being Beaters.
"Tell me more. What subjects do you like, who are your friends?"
no subject
"Transfiguration is my favorite, but I'm better at Charms and DATDA." Some combination of natural aptitude-either in her or her wand-towards the latter two. "And I get on with pretty much everyone in Gryffindor, but my closest friends are Roxanne-she's George's-and a couple of muggleborns that weren't even born yet if you're as old as I think you are, so I'm sure you wouldn't know them."

"I should probably clear that up, shouldn't I?" he said, absentmindedly scratching his cheek. "When I'm from... Well, your sister's about a month away from being born. Your mum's on maternity leave from work, to get the cottage ready." It's already cramped with just the two of them, it had been hard to imagine adding a child, let alone three.
A thought occurred to him. "When's your birthday? I don't want to accidentally miss it."
